ACD: Daylesford Cider – Orchard to Bottle Walk Through

In honour of Australian Cider Day, we will be offering a rare opportunity to get behind the scenes at Daylesford Cider and to explore the craft cider culture. With harvest well under way, there is no better time to get in the orchard & turn our attention to where it all begins, the fruit. 

This 1.5 hour experience includes:

• Apple orchard tour
• Visit to the cidery
• Workshop exploring apple varieties
• Cider tasting workshop focussing on some of our more unique & traditional styles of cider
• plus some tips on how to navigate the world of ‘ciders’ currently available in liquor stores.
