AusCider 2019 is the cider industry’s annual information exchange and networking event. It will bring together 100+ cider producers, fruit growers, researchers, suppliers and other industry representatives from Australia and overseas.

AusCider 2019 will take place in Tasmania from 2-5 June. The program will include one and a half days at the C3 Convention Centre in South Hobart, the AusCider Dinner at the Cornelian Bay Boathouse and site visits and tours in other regions of Tasmania.

Program and speakers
This year’s keynote speaker and guest international delegate will be Jane Peyton, the UK’s first accredited pommelier (cider sommelier) and award winning drinks writer and alcoholic beverage consultant. Jane will discuss the role of a Pommelier and trends in the UK cider market.

The AusCider 2019 Program lists the session topics, speakers and information on tours/site visits.
