Hosted by Cider Australia’s guest judge at the 2016 Australian Cider Awards – UK cider expert Bill Bradshaw – the Forum is an opportunity to hear Bill’s thoughts on what make a “craft cider” and how cider in Australian compares internationally. After visiting several Australian cider regions and immersing himself in the local cider culture, Bill will be more than ready to share his observations with you! The Forum will finish with an interactive Q&A session.
Bill Bradshaw is an international cider judge, speaker, photographer and writer on all things cider. He has written several books on cider including the highly respected and multi award winning World’s Best Cider: Taste, Tradition and Terroir, from Somerset to Seattle, co-authored with British writer Pete Brown.
Tickets are $25 per person for Members of Cider Australia and $65 per person General Admission.
