Hosted by Cider Australia’s guest judge at the 2016 Australian Cider Awards – UK cider expert Bill Bradshaw – this will be an interactive session covering cider styles, qualities and emerging trends with observations from the judging of the 2016 Australian Cider Awards. This is a great opportunity to taste and discuss ciders in the company of cider makers and sensory experts.
Bill Bradshaw is an international cider judge, speaker, photographer and writer on all things cider. He has written several books on cider including the highly respected and multi award winning World’s Best Cider: Taste, Tradition and Terroir, from Somerset to Seattle, co-authored with British writer Pete Brown.
Tickets are $45 per person including lunch/$25 per person excluding lunch.
