9. Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the State of New South Wales, Australia. In the event that a dispute arises from these Website Terms and Conditions, each of Cider Australia and you agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
