Learn about the diversity of expressions between French craft ciders and French industrial ciders, discuss traditional production methods and what it means to be AOP (protected designation of origin). This is a unique opportunity to savour some of France’s finest ciders!

Yann is a cidermaking and distilling consultant from Normandy with 25 years’ experience working in the cider sector. His passion is partnering with cider producers to create exceptional juices, ciders, perries and spirits using a range of methods.
