Cassilis Estate

Cassilis Estate Cider is located in the Victorian High Country 45 minutes from Mt Hotham. The orchard was established in 2010 with 14 varieties of heritage cider apples and we are now producing cider using traditional processes. At this stage only ‘Cassilis Heritage Cider’  is made using a blend of all the apple varieties but our intention is to extend our range of  cider styles  as the trees come into full production.
