Sidewood Estate
At Sidewood we mill fresh apples and pears, before juicing, fermenting and kegging all under our own roof at our Adelaide Hills cidery. We insist on only fresh Adelaide Hills fruit and inspect and wash all the fruit ourselves to ensure we only use the highest quality fruit. We don’t use any added sugar or concentrates and our ciders are made by our own wine makers. 100% fruit and as fresh as it gets.
